Bloody Horses
-- Infused Vodka--
1 Liter Vodka
1 Cup coarsely grated fresh horseradish root
1/4 Cup whole
peppercorns
2 whole dried chiles
-- Bloody Mix--
32 oz V8 Vegetable Juice
1 Tbls
Worcestershire Sauce
3
Tbls Prepared Horseradish
1 Tbls Tabasco
Salt & Pepper, Celery
Seed and Old Bay Seasoning (to taste)
Juice of 1 medium
lemon

Infuse the vodka with
the next 3 ingredients overnight

Strain the vodka and
throw the solids away

Pour about an inch
off the top of the V8 to make room in the bottle for
other ingredients

Add worcestershire,
prepared horseradish, tabasco, salt, pepper, celery
seed, old bay and lemon juice into the V8 bottle.

Shake the bottle with
all ingredients and store in the refrigerator until
ready to serve
For each drink, mix 1
part of the spiced vodka with 4 parts mix (over
ice). Stir well.
Garnish with celery, olives and/or lemon wedge
