Discuss time off with your supervisor/manager and complete a Leave of Absence Request Form. Time

If you are starting a personal leave of absence, you will need to submit a paper timecard to your ASC representative or timecard processor. Record your actual hours worked, and any vouched FTO or non-pay time off on the timecard, and submit it by the payroll deadline.

Exempt Employees: Do NOT submit an online timecard through the e-portal for the current pay period, if you are submitting a paper timecard.

Work with your supervisor/manager to make arrangements to have your work handled during your leave. Time

If you change your address while you are on a leave and do not have access to the YourCorp intranet, you should send the hardcopy form located in your Leave of Absence packet to the Employee Services Organization. Time

Provide any information that YourCorp needs to continue to authorize your unpaid personal leave of absence. Time

Contact your supervisor/manager, the Employee Services Organization and your Human Resources manager to discuss your return to work. Time
