Things to Do
	You are now eligible to change your existing medical and/or dental coverage. If medical/dental coverage is being paid on a pre-tax basis and you add a newly eligible dependent, premiums may continue on a pre-tax basis.	Within 30 days from date of marriage	*
	Change your name (including your preferred name)	No Limit		*

	You are eligible to enroll your spouse and/or his or her eligible family members for Long-term Care coverage even if you choose not to enroll yourself.	No Limit	*
	You are now eligible to enroll your spouse in Group Universal Life.	Within 90 days from date of marriage	*
	You are now eligible to enroll or increase your participation in a Health Care and/or Dependent Care Reimbursement Account.	Within 30 days from date of marriage
	Review your W-4 form election for federal/state/local tax withholding and change if appropriate.	No Limit
	Change your emergency notification contact information.	No Limit
	You are eligible to elect or change your beneficiary designations.	No Limit
	You also may want to update your records with the Social Security Administration.	No Limit
	You also may want to update your records with the California Department of Motor Vehicles	No Limit
	The Employee Assistance Program and LifeWorks are available to your new spouse and his or her dependent(s) starting on the date of your marriage.	No Limit

	If you are changing your name and wish to change the way the shares in your book-entry account are registered, you must complete the Stock Transfer Form.	No Limit
